Can we make a polite request to all Sprint drivers and request that every effort is made to turn up in a timely manner for all of the Sprint events this year. This is really important as we need to finalise numbers on the day and issue the grid sheets and assign buddies (this latter issue only applies for the LW/HW class), all before the racing can get underway. Late shows will delay these activities and therefore cause delays to track time. Penalties will therefore be introduced to those drivers that continuously turn up late. Try to always leave in plenty of time, allowing for traffic jams etc. You can always enjoy the ambience if you get there ahead of schedule!

If you cannot make a race you have booked in for then you are requested to advise the CLUB100 office as soon as possible. If you cannot make the race at the last minute, then please call John on the following mobile number – 07768 486692. If you are stuck in traffic or un-avoidably detained (but still intend to turn up) then please also call this number so we know to expect you.

If racing in the morning, we request you get to the track around 08:30ish. Briefing will be prompt at 09:30 and racing will start on the dot at 10:00am. There will be a track walk AM but not PM.

For the PM events please turn up around 13:00ish and if you are a new driver we suggest you get to the circuit, sign on and get changed by this time in order that we can start the buddy introductions and explain the format for the afternoons racing (where possibly). If we can’t assign buddies early on then we will assign them before or right after the PM briefing and try to get you on track around 14:30ish. Please ensure you are fully kitted up and ready to race by the time we start the briefing at 14:00ish.

Don't forget, the more you can help us, the more track time we can give you (pending weather conditions and red flag incident), so please make every effort to abide by this request.
